We want you to love what you ordered. If you're not satisfied for any reason, you can request a refund within 30 days of delivery — no complicated hoops, no hassle.

How to Request a Refund

Email us at thezykostore@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your request. We'll respond within 1–2 business days with next steps.

In most cases, we're able to process your refund without needing the item shipped back to us — for damaged, faulty, or not-as-described items, we may simply ask for a photo instead. If a return is needed, we'll provide clear instructions and cover reasonable return costs for faulty or incorrect items.

Refund Processing

Once your refund is approved, we'll process it to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take a few additional days to appear on your statement.

Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos of the issue and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel or change an order, contact us as soon as possible. If the order hasn't been dispatched yet, we'll cancel it and issue a full refund. Once an order has shipped, our standard refund process applies.

Your Statutory Rights

If you're a consumer based in the United Kingdom or European Union, you have a legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 (UK) or equivalent EU distance-selling rules, without needing to give a reason. Our 30-day guarantee is offered in addition to this and does not affect your statutory rights.
