Where We Ship

We currently ship to the United Kingdom and the following European countries: Austria, Belgium, Switzerland, Czech Republic, Germany, Denmark, Spain, Finland, France, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, and Sweden.

Shipping Costs

Orders under £40: £4.99 flat-rate shipping
Orders of £40 or more: Free shipping

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery address and order total.

Processing Time

Orders are reviewed and prepared for dispatch within 1–2 business days of being placed. You'll receive an email confirmation as soon as your order is on its way.

Delivery Time

Once dispatched, orders typically arrive within 7–15 business days, depending on your location and the specific product. Every order is tracked, and we'll send you a tracking number by email so you can follow its journey.

Occasional delays can happen due to customs processing, high demand, or courier disruptions — if your order is taking longer than expected, contact us and we'll look into it right away.
